A promotional illustration inspired by members of the Detroit Indie Brand, The Fruits, and their new pattern collection designed by my colleague, Maryiam Bazzi. This piece in particular showcases the band’s favorite fruits (pineapple, watermelon, banana) as well as their bubbly, fresh, and fun sound/personalities. I incorporated Maryiam’s The Fruits and The Fruits camo patterns into final piece. The color palette in this illustration directly matches the two patterns for a cohesive collection overall.
